Why I created a leadership tool for the conversations most teams are struggling to have.
A lot of leadership conversations don’t fail because leaders lack intelligence.

Over the last few years, I kept noticing the same pattern in leadership workshops, coaching conversations, and transformation work:

At the same time, I noticed organizations talking more about empathy while creating very few practical ways to actually practice it.
That gap stayed with me.
The Empathy Conversation Prompts™ started as notes and questions I found myself repeatedly writing down during leadership work:

“What assumptions am I bringing into this conversation?”
Over time, those questions evolved into something bigger.
